Trey grew up in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and received a B.S. in building construction from the University of Florida in 2001. From 2001 to 2002, Trey served as an assistant project manager for Yates Construction on a multi-story residential condominium project.
Thereafter, Trey continued his education and legal studies at Florida State University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2005. Following law school, Trey joined the law firm of Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell & Dunbar P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida. It was during this time that Trey used his knowledge gained from working in the construction industry and began to focus his practice on Real Estate and Condominium Law.
After moving back to the Emerald Coast, Trey joined Matthews & Hawkins, P.A. in 2008. Trey currently maintains both a litigation and transactional practice, with an emphasis in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, and Condominium law.
